Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

My printer was working fine and then it wasnt.  I keep getting a Printer Failure error message, paper jam (which I do NOT have) and an error code 0x6100004a.  My warranty of course has expired.  Can someone help before I toss this printer out the window-which would create several more problems!  Thanks
