Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My tray is filled with both regular HP paper and 4 X 6 photo paper.  When i try to print either way i get error message to load paper.  i checked for paper jams and removed the output tray with no favorable results.  This printer has been a problem from day one with the auto feeder on top.  i always have to curl the paper at the feed end to hopefully get it to feed....it works about half the time.
