Hi @mincmk,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that your HP LaserJet M110 WE printer is not working. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check the power source: Make sure that the printer is properly plugged into a working power outlet and turned on. You can also try plugging the printer into a different power outlet.
  • Check the connection: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If you're using a USB connection, try using a different USB cable or port. If you're using a network connection, make sure the printer is connected to the network and your computer can see it.
  • Restart the printer: Sometimes, restarting the printer can help resolve issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on again.
  • Update drivers: Ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can visit the HP website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
  • Clean the printer: Over time, dust and debris can accumulate inside the printer and cause issues. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the outside and inside of the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
