Deskjet 2600 All-In-One-Series

Hi, I’ve been trying to print on A5 but my printer just won’t allow it. This never used to be a problem but for some reason my printer has stopped allowing me to print A5 sheets. I have used my HP laptop but still, nothing. Even when AirPrint is connected from my phone, A5 is no longer an option it is just listed as “5x7 inches”, this never used to be an issue.

A4 prints perfectly and I have used the Print and Scan Doctor and I have tried updating software but still, nothing. I have changed printer preferences and properties but still, nothing. This is really frustrating because I bought this printer thinking it was good quality. I’ve had it just over 1 year and the warranty ran out on Jan 4. I also pay for instant ink, if that is a factor.

Any help would be appreciated at the “Virtual Assistant” was just a waste of time.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)

8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok
