Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw

Good morning. My printer has started giving me an error message when I try to make multiple copies or fax. "The document feeder was not able to pick up the original". The thing is that it does pick up the original, it seems to be looking for a second page. It will give me one copy whether fed through the feeder or put on the glass and then it stops and gives me the message. Thank you!
