Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having real problems getting my printer to work with anything other than plain paper. All well under the 220gsm limit and I believe I'm choosing the right print options but it jams every single time - photo paper, transfer paper and card all have the same issues and it's the same for gloss and matt.

Most of the time the printer works brilliantly but this is a real issue.

Anything I'm missing on setup to fix this?

Hi Sequin76,

Your printer works as it is supposed to work. It can print on paper up to 220gsm, no heavier than that.

Please see the paper handling specs for your model:

Sorry - I think I was unclear. I know the specs - I can't print on anything above 80gsm.

Make sure that you are using the correct paper type settings that match to the paper that you are using.

It might be easier to do this via the EWS.
