HP Page Wide Pro 477dw ...after 3 years printer keeps stating it out of paper. We have restacked, shut down power, shut off, checked for paper jams (none) and problem persists on 2 printers, same make and model. Please help.

We have had issues with the paper sensor that is right next to the pickup roller in the tray cavity. Make sure it moves freely and also you might want to use some compressed air to clean out paper dust.
