Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer not printing!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It looks like your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer is experiencing a printing issue where it shows an exclamation mark on the display and appears offline on your computer. Here are some troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:

Check for Basic Issues

  • Ensure the printer is powered on and properly connected to the power source.
  • Check if there are any error messages or blinking lights on the printer panel.
  • Make sure there is enough paper in the tray and the ink tanks are not empty.

Verify Printer Connection

For Wireless Connection:

  1. Restart your Wi-Fi router and reconnect the printer to the network.
  2. Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer and hold it until the light starts blinking.
  3. Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool (Download from HP’s official website) to diagnose and fix connectivity issues.

For USB Connection:

  1. Unplug and reconnect the USB cable from both the printer and the computer.
  2. Try using a different USB port or cable.

Set Printer as Default & Check Status

  1. On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer and select Set as Default Printer.
  3. If the printer is listed as Offline, right-click and select Use Printer Online.

Reinstall Printer Drivers

  1. Uninstall the printer drivers from Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program.
  2. Visit HP’s official website and download the latest drivers for HP Ink Tank Wireless 415.
  3. Install the drivers and restart your computer.

Reset the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from power for 5 minutes.
  2. Plug it back in, turn it on, and try printing again.

If the issue persists, let me know what exact error symbols or messages you see, and I can guide you further! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
