It sounds like you are experiencing issues with the paper size settings on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Check Paper Size and Type in Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that the printer driver settings on your computer match the paper size and type you have loaded in Tray 1. You may need to adjust these settings in the printer's control panel.
  • Navigate to the printer settings on your PC: Control Panel > Devices and Printers > [Your HP Printer] > Printer Preferences.

Set Correct Paper Size from the Printer Control Panel:

  • On the printer's control panel, check and set the paper size to 8x10 photo paper.
  • Refer to your printer's manual to see how to adjust the paper settings directly from the printer.

Restart the Printer:

  • Sometimes, a simple restart of the printer can resolve such issues. Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Update Printer Driver:

  • Ensure that you have the latest printer driver installed for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

Manual Override Settings:

  • If the printer insists on detecting the paper size automatically, try manually setting the paper type and size from the printer's control panel.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
