I just cleaned my printer with compressed air.  When I tried to print after, I can print from the top try fine.  But, I can't print from tray 2 or do any duplex from any tray.  The printer tries to pick up the paper from tray 2 but it only goes up about 2 inches and jams goin into the slot above the tray.  The same happens on duplexing.  everything else works fine.  There is NO paper jam in the printer at all.   I'm stumped.  Any help would really be GREAT.

You need to ensure that you have not either blocked the paper path, jammed a sensor or knocked a sensor off completely. To check tray 2, try flossing the paper path by pushing a heavier piece of paper about 1-2 inches wide through the paper path in the normal direction of travel, so from the paper tray up into the printer. Repeat across the width of the paper path.  DO NOT EVER floss backwards as you can damage the sensors. It may take some effort as the feed rollers you cannot see will be stubborn when you are forcing the paper through.

It seems the paper path is clear.  However, there are 2 small white rollers just passed the paper slot.  When the main roller in the middle picks up the paper, it doesn't want to travel passed those rollers. So, I'm thinking the problem may be that feed mechanizem.  I will continue to search for the solution, thanks for your help. I'm still trying.....
