I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:
I completely understand how frustrating it must be to face a paper jam issue right after setting up your brand-new printer. 😞 I know you were expecting a smooth experience, and I truly appreciate your patience. While I understand you'd prefer a technician visit, let’s try a few simple troubleshooting steps first - these might quickly resolve the issue so you can start printing without delay! 😀
- Power off the printer and unplug it from the electrical outlet.
- Open the paper tray and carefully remove any jammed paper. Ensure the stack is aligned properly.
- Lift the top cover and check inside for any small paper pieces that might be stuck.
- Ensure you're using the correct type and size of paper, and that it is not damp, curled, or overloaded in the tray.
