HP DeskJet 2331 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Above mentioned printer I have purchased on 04/02/2025, after successfully setup when i make a print the printer display paper jam, I request send a representative at my home to cheque it and resolve it either replace it, please do the needful at the earliest.

  • Power off the printer and unplug it from the electrical outlet.
  • Open the paper tray and carefully remove any jammed paper. Ensure the stack is aligned properly.
  • Lift the top cover and check inside for any small paper pieces that might be stuck.
  • Ensure you're using the correct type and size of paper, and that it is not damp, curled, or overloaded in the tray.
