HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer began saying it could not complete a download but if I clicked on OK then I can still print but now the printer says I have a paper jam in the feeder but there is no paper jam. This warning message seems to preclude all other options on the screen.
