Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

Printer setting option only giving me 5x7.  Papers coming out wrinkled.  Used to print fine

I see that papers are coming out wrinkled on your HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer.

 

This issue could occur if the rollers are not clean.

 

Please follow the steps in this document to clean the rollers.
