Product: HP Photosmart 551 B111 series multi function
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Following a paper jam, which I cleared, the printer will print Black.  All colors are ok. Have run through the software clean heads and print diagnostics functions.  Black ink show 75% full. Checked if dried out but will show blick ink on my finger.
