The printer will only try to print from the manual feed tray, I believe it is called tray 1 by the system. I had set the print properties to two-sided and since then it says that it is out of paper. I have change the print properties back to single-sided but it still keeps trying to print from tray 1. I have uninstalled and re-installed the printer. I have shut it down and restarted. I have shut my pc down and restarted. Nothing has worked.
Check to ensure that the paper size and type settings on the printer control panel for tray 2 match the paper you have loaded and the size your job is requesting.
