HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n

I know the printer is old but still works great other than having to hand feed the paper to get it to pull.

I'm told you can't replace the wheels but I find that hard to believe.  They say it's cheaper to buy a new printer, which I did but I hate it!

I tried cleaning the wheels from the front & back and put Epson cleaning paper thru.

PLEASE help me fix this old thing!

There are parts available.  What you need is a "pick up kit"

you can also get printheads and logic boards

this is a typical part and the location is asia.  It looks new but even if it is not it look clean

you always rejuvenate the rubber part even if it cannot easily be accessed.

Thank you for the info, I'll look into getting new pick-up rollers.  The fear I have is getting to them to replace.  My printer is accessible from the back, not the front as in the utube demo.  I'm afraid if I take it apart, I won't get it back together correctly.  Worth a shot tho!

Use google to search for other disassembly videos.

If you have a smartphone, take a picture of each item before you remove it.
