Product: HP DeskJet 3632
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I have had this printer for a little over a year, but I have just started classes so this is the first time I have used it. I have everything set and right, but everytime the paper goes through the printer, there is nothing on it. I have no idea what to do anymore.

Does this happen while copying too?
