Hello everybody on here. I have problem which related to photo paper printing. When I printed 4x6 inch phot paper the main part of paper was okay but backside of paper is not clean. But it should be absolutely white. There are a lot of lines in back side of paper. They have approximately 1 inch distance between each other. Do you know How I can solve this problem.?20201030_193336.jpg The picture's a good condition of problem. Because I have clean cartridge from computer on hp program when printing this image.

Ink on the back of the page usually comes from ink that is on either rollers or the inner surface of the printer. As the lines are spaced out likely you have some ink on some of the feed rollers. You can try cleaning the rollers with a water dampened lint free cloth.

Thank you for feedback. It's new almost one week I am using it. But I'll try it.
