I am using official HP heavyweight project paper 40lb and also some industry standard mailing label paper sheets. INDUSTRY STANDARD label paper, not vinyl, not extra thick - the literal cheapest label paper you can buy.   Unless I do the following, I get ink everywhere and half sheets of paper.  With this SOFTWARE ONLY process, it works every time (12 sheets so far, perfect every time)

When printing a print job:

Set the print quality on the main print screen "Matte Presentation Paper"
Set the paper in the Paper/Quality tab to "Index 8/5 x 11"

It uses a ton of ink, but you can get the *&^$# thing printed.
