Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello -- I may have to do some cleaning of my feed rollers. When I try to print a single sheet of Card Stock paper, (Georgia Pacific 110 Weight [lb]] 199 [g/m2]), the rollers rub without feeding the card stock sheet, and they leave rub marks on the card stock sheet. I have tried changing the paper type on the printer and in my Word driver to Card Stock without success. Any other suggestions? Is there a way to adjust the Card Stock setting? I am using a driver HP Officejet Pro 8730 PCL-6. Does it matter if I make the change on the printer menu or in my Word print setting?
