MY PRINTER IS HP LASERJET PRO MFP M177FW. BUT WHEN I TRIED TO PRINT , THE PAPER ROLLER IS NOT FEEDING THE PAPER. THE PRINTER KEEPS TELLING ME TO LOAD THE PAPER EVENTHOUGH THE TRAY IS FULL. I THNK THE ROLLER IS VERY STIFF AND IT`S NOT ROLLING. PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO.

the pickup rollers normally do not rotate freely. They are geared and there is also a mechanical solenoid that trips to feed a page. If the roller is not rotating when the printer tries to print then either something is jammed or the solenoid has failed, You may want to have a technician look at it if you are unable to locate the problem yourself.
