My printer stopped feeding paper. After MUCH TIME searching, I found info. telling me to remove the back, clean the rollers, etc. It is STILL not working. I took the top off the paper tray and looked inside; it seems the rollers drop down for @ 3 secs., then go back up, without picking up the paper. At this same time, the panel is telling me it's OUT OF PAPER, which it is NOT. I tried using less paper, more paper, repositioning the paper, etc., but to no avail. It is the same paper I've always used. Does anyone know if this is fixable, or is it time for a new printer?

Hi ~ AGAIN!
I tried cleaning the rollers AGAIN. This time, the video YOU referenced showed how to clean the pick-up rollers; the video I watched last month didn't show that.
IT WORKS!!!
Thank you SOOO VERY MUCH! I greatly appreciate your time, effort, and your expertise.
Sincerely,

@1prowheel, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer (models H711a/H711g) is not picking up paper from the input tray, you can follow these troubleshooting steps:
Check the Paper:
- Make sure the paper is correctly loaded into the input tray and aligned properly.
- Ensure that there is no curled or wrinkled paper.
- Use high-quality paper that is within the printer's specifications.
Clean the Rollers:
- Turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power source.
- Open the printer's access door and locate the rollers.
- Use a clean, lint-free cloth that is slightly dampened with water to gently wipe the rollers.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds and reconnect the printer.
- Turn on the printer and try printing again.
Adjust the Paper Settings in the Printer Driver:
- Ensure that the paper size and type settings in the printer driver match the paper loaded in the input tray.
For more detailed instructions, please refer to the following video tutorial:
I hope this helps.
