G'day,

I had the same problem out of the box. The machine was replaced by the retailer.

I've just got the problem again on the replacement machine. Its not an ADF issue - I don't believe I have ever used the ADF. Looks like another trip to the retailer for a 2nd replacement.

G'day,

Experienced this on a new printer in June 24. HP weren't able to rectify. Printer was replaced.

Just got the same error on the replacement printer (November 24). If this is not on the first scan attempt on the new printer it is pretty close to it. Again HP not able to rectify. The first two printers were probably from the same batch so it might be worth getting a third one now that six months have gone by.
