I have a HP ENVY 4524 all in one printer and it says there’s a paper jam. I turned it off waited, paper is fine, removed thing inside as instructed, watched video and yet it will copy ok (so no jam) but every time I try and

If it copies OK, this suggests that there is a problem with the print job or driver. I have seen cases where a paper mis match will generate this error. Make sure that the printer paper settings and the settings that the print job are looking for match.

Thank you, but I’ve managed to sort it now by deleting the printer from my laptop altogether and reinstalling it and realised the printer gave me a code to enter onto my laptop which seems to have worked! (Just got a new laptop and don’t remember doing that before)
