The top door seems to be stuck so I can’t access the paper jam. Only the front opens for ink cartridges. The solution to the stuck top door is find the square hole next to the scanner bed. You’ll see that the Scanner Lid has a hook that goes into this square hole. Use a pen or pen cap and press inside this hole, this hole is the door activator.
