Hey guys! so I have a Deskjet 1515, I've been trying to print with sticker paper, but it just doesn't even get inside and I get a message that there's no paper. My sticker paper packaging says that it can be used in all deskjets, the information about my printer says that printing with special paper is possible and I have no clue what to do now! All help is appreciated, thank you 🙂

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're having trouble printing on sticker paper with your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515 All-In-One Printer, there are a few things you can check and try to resolve the issue. Here are some steps you can follow:
Paper Type Setting:
- Make sure you've selected the correct paper type in your printer settings. Sticker paper is considered a specialty paper, so you might need to select "Specialty Paper" or a similar option in your printer settings.
Paper Loading:
- Ensure that you are loading the sticker paper correctly into the printer. Make sure it's loaded in the main input tray and that the paper guides are adjusted to fit the width of the paper.
Printer Driver Settings:
- Check your printer driver settings on your computer. Open the Print dialog box and look for a "Properties" or "Preferences" option. Check if there are specific settings for paper type and adjust them accordingly.
Paper Quality:
- Some sticker papers may have a backing that is too thick for certain printers. Make sure your sticker paper is within the recommended thickness for your printer. You can find this information in your printer manual or on the HP website.
Clean the Rollers:
- Over time, paper dust and debris can accumulate on the rollers of the printer, causing paper feed issues. Try cleaning the rollers with a lint-free cloth and a small amount of water.
Test with Regular Paper:
- To rule out any issues with the printer itself, try printing on regular paper first. If regular paper prints without any problems, the issue may be specific to the sticker paper.
Printer Firmware Update:
- Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
