HP Smart Tank 7602r All-in-One Printer

I have had to replace this printer twice. Support staff will only operate off their script. On two occasions they have provided misinformation.  Numerous e mails have been ignored. Except for my first request  for help a (edited) responded, only half listened and now he will not respond al all.

I got this printer in May this year and has been a headache from the start.

Do not believe the two day replacement they claim, it does not work.  Too much more   to relate here.

I hear your frustration.. It sounds like you’ve already gone through a lot of back-and-forth without real answers. To make sure I can actually help you, could you tell me a bit more about what’s happening with your current printer right now?

What exact model are you using?

What issue(s) are you facing with it at the moment (error messages, print quality, connection, etc.)?

Is it the same problem that led to the earlier replacements, or something different this time?

Once I know the situation with your device, I can walk you through targeted steps instead of just repeating generic scripts.

on the phone with 24 hour support now. On hold as he does not know how to  fix this problem.  Just said he wants 10 - 15 minutes to see how to resolve printheads missing message!

All I want now after 3 printer replacements and continued issues is to cancel without penalty.  Call me or something. Look up the accoiunt.
