HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Before, my printer printed the paper weights correctly.

Since february the printer doesn't print any paper that is not 75 grams. I doesn't accept opalina (i don't know the English equivalent) or A3 papers with 250 grams sheets. It jams, prints on half the sheet, or doesn't pick it up with the roller.

Technical support is useless because the website has a bot that doesn't have a solution, and even if you call ahead of time, the technical support staff doesn't answer.

Is there a way I can fix this myself? I need to print big something for work and this issue have ruined expensive papers.

As the printer rollers age they wear and get dirty and are less able to deal with papers near the limits of their designed paper handling. The rated paper handling on this model is 105 gm/m2. When new it was likely able to handle this unsupported paper type but not once the rollers are older. Cleaning is about the only thing you can try.
