The document feeder says mispic.

Hi there,

My scanner says document feeder mispic.  It wont pull the document in.

I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and restarting my computer.

I have tried reinstalling new software.  It just makes a loud clicking sound.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Are you able to copy normally? You can check the copy-related issues by clicking this link

You may try downloading HP print and scan doctor, which helps fix most of the scan issues.
