Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

The roller seems to be unable to pull the paper all the way in for printing. I went through all the steps listed on the Support Page, and cleaned all the rollers etc. Does anyone have any other insights regarding how to fix the issue? The printer is about 2 years old.
