HP ENVY Photo 7820 All-in-One Printer

I  was printing double-sided and the corner of the paper printed was folded, and this happened to every piece of paper printed.

Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

Unfortunate and perhaps due to

  • Dirty printer
  • Printer misalignment  
  • Weird paper (too damp, too dry, curled, too thick, too thin, wrong for the job)
  • Wrong settings for the job - not "wrong" enough to cause job failure
  • Combination of one or more issues
