Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP Officejet Pro 9018. This was the model Costco sold of the 9010 series. The paper tray is impossible to simply 'pull out'--this is NOT really a 'Paper jam/feed issue'!!!!!!!. I constantly fight to get it our without breaking it. There was a 2020 problem submitted to this site, but that only addressed paper jamming and cleaning the feed rollers. That does not happen here. I think it is a design flaw but there must be some way someone figured out how to lubricate whatever it is that is causing the tray to resist pulling out.
