Product: ExampleHP Colour Laser MFP 179 fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried to print on thick photo paper     printer said paper jam  realised paper as instructed but something did not go back in place.  Paper will not pick up  error message is “ transfer belt error
