Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7720
wondering if anyone can help me I have the OfficeJet Pro 7720 Inkjet printer and it keeps saying that the tray is empty or paper. I have put paper in and out, checked tray, turned it on and off, took power supply cable out and waited 60 seconds and still nothing!

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Out of Paper' Displays, Printer Does Not Pick Up Paper and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
