Product: HP laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

whenever I print, the paper tray extender doesn't extend and the print outs just fall to the floor. Printer is brand new, firmware is up to date, I rebooted the printer.

Any ideas?Thanks,

looks like you have to manually pull it out and put it back.
