Tray one paper feed inop, makes grinding noise

Paper will not feed from tray 1, rollers turn but won't grab the paper, it also makes a grinding noise after it fails. I cleaned the rollers to no avail, seems as if the rollers are not pressing down on the paper hard enough, Is there a part I can replace?

Unfortunately those rollers cannot be replaced by the end user, as several other printer components have to be removed to gain access to them.

Our recommendation is to take the unit to a certified repair center for inspection.
