HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

I have  a number of roll over pages available from last month. However, they are not showing on this month's overview page. Usually is says example 0/100, now it shows 0/0 pages. What could it be?

Hi @biskuttell,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are looking for help with your instant ink account rollover pages.

If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. You can continue to roll over up to three times the number of pages in your monthly plan (for example, you can roll over up to 150 pages if you are enrolled in a 50 page plan).

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
