Why is card stock suddenly getting jammed in my HP Pro 8710 Printer, how can I fix this?

I'm sorry to hear that your card stock is getting jammed in your HP Pro 8710 Printer. It can be really frustrating when a printer starts having issues like this. Let's work together to find a solution.

 

Refer to this document and follow the steps under "Solution four: Clean the paper feed rollers" and clean the printer rollers thoroughly. Once done, try making a copy as suggested above and let me know if it is coming out well.
