Boa tarde pessoal minha impressora começou a apresentar luz piscante do atolamento de papel e uma mensagem de E4! , no entanto não tem papel atolado ja fiz os testes propostos pela pagina da hp nenhum resolveu o problema, uma impressora HP Smart Tank 517, alguem pode me ajuda?
