equally spaced blotches from my HP LaserJet Professional P 1102w

I replaced my print cartridge and now I get equally spaced blotches on the right side when printing from my HP LaserJet Professional P 1102w.  I tried cleaning the area around the cartridge and still get the blotches.  They are darker at the top and fade toward the bottom.  Any thoughts as to what is happening?

Measure distance between 2 repeating marks:

75mm 34mm and 27mm it's the toner

57 mm  is the fuser

It is 34mm do it's the toner.  What exactly is happening?  Is there anything I can do to correct it?  Thanks

Replace toner to confirm you have a defective toner.
