changed ink cart. printing stop working wont shut down, unplugged and then error 0x6100004a came up, no paper jammed Help

HP 8160 Printer Jam - did everything I was supposed to: Shut off - unplug - remove back panel - check for paper (no paper) - open front panel (no paper) - set it all back up again and had the same problem. 

 

Printer still thinks it's jammed!
