Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

Does HP offer any repair service?  There doesn't seem to be a repair shop in our area.  The belt to my print carriage has jumped it's wheel.

Thanks for replying Valsimot.  There are no repair shops in my sizable city.  HP doesn't seem to offer to repair their products.  Seems like a lot of HP printer/scanners going to landfill with no repair support.  I'll switch brands and hope for a better supported eco friendly/responsible (reduce/re-use/recycle) experience.
