Paper folds at one corner & doesn't print straight. Have cleaned (as suggested) & downloaded HP support assistant 9. Have tried all that has been suggested?

Hi Alden4 - you answered my question regarding updating the FIRMWARE... thank you have done this. I have also cleaned the inside of the printer, at the rollers, etc. Have turned the printer off/on. My paper is good quality.
The HP OFFICEJET PRO 9025 continues to get paper jams while trying to print?
Any info you could give me is appreciated!
Thank you, REALTOR56 (Christine Layne)
