hello 

im trying to change the pickup roller in the printer 

i went into secondary menu and execute the option to rotate the roller but its not even rotating 

so i can't change the roller

any tips ?

Did you try it a few times? Sometimes it will not go from the first time.

You can send a print job and when you hear the rotation unplug the printer from power and the roller will be rotated from the home position then if necessary you can rotate it with your hand a little bit to the replacement position.

yes i tries 3 or 4 time it stay in the same position

if i print a demo page it will work  also ?

and if i need to rotate manually what is the direction i need to roll it ?

The demo page will work too, if needed you can manually rubber roller bottom part toward the printer interior

i tries to rotate it manually toward me its moving very little i can't reach the 2 clips to disengage the roller

Did you start a print and disconnect as suggest by @Valsimot before trying to turn the roller? If not, you will not be able to rotate it as it is locked in place by the drivetrain. The roller rotates clockwise which means the front of the roller rotates downwards when looking from the front of the printer.
