Is this duplexing or just single page printing? Is the paper accordian folded when you find it or does the printer stop before damaging the paper?

I have been researching this problem and Metrofuser.com offers many solutions.  First replace the Transfer roller, if that doesn't do the trick, Replace the printer fuser in the back, which is a little more involved.  Do you think i need to replace the fuser?

In my experience, typically you would see some sort of paper damage if the fuser was the culprit. If the paper is not even making it that far it suggests an issue before that such as a non-functioning sensor that is causing the printer to stop feeding paper.
