HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tons of problems with this printer.  It is very very slow.  It constantly tells me there is a paper mismatch, when  I have chosen the correct paper.  It happens every time I send something to print and I have to go to the printer ti push print.  When I send a new print job there is a ton of clicking and clunking, then a pause, then more clicking and clunking.  I cant get options to enlarge, and it wont scan to the cloud, it just prints.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It seems you're experiencing multiple issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer. Let's address each of your concerns one by one.

Printer Speed Issues and Mechanical Sounds

If your printer is running slow and making clicking sounds, it could be due to a variety of factors, including firmware issues, hardware problems, or settings that need adjustment.

Firmware Update: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware. You can update the firmware from the HP support website.

Printer Reset: Sometimes, resetting the printer can resolve issues. To do this, turn off the printer, unplug it for a couple of minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Settings Adjustment: Ensure that the print settings in both the printer and on your computer are correctly configured. Check settings like paper type, print quality, and others which can affect speed.

Paper Mismatch Errors

Paper mismatch errors can be frustrating. Here are steps to resolve these issues:

Paper Size and Type Configuration: Make sure the paper size and type set on the printer match exactly with the paper loaded.

Print Preferences Adjustment:

  • Open Print Preferences on your computer.
  • Select the correct paper size and type.

Reset Printer Settings: Sometimes, resetting the printer's settings to default can resolve mismatches.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
