jam in print paper path and I have done everything, I didn't find any jam paper nor debris

If you disconnect the printer from your computer, turn it off and then on does the error show up immediately or is it only when you try to print? If the error is present before you even try to print then the issue is either a stuck flag or a jam where you cannot see it. Common issue on this design of printer is a fuser wrap where a piece of paper gets rolled around the rollers and almost impossible to see without taking the printer apart and removing the fuser to examine the rollers. If you use a bright flashlight you might be able to spy the paper from the back.
