Product: office jet pro 7720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an office jet pro 7720 A3 printer and can't print A3 as that size the paper seems too long and just folds up and kinks when I reinsert the tray??
Any help appreciated, Bill.

To load the paper tray with A3, the paper tray must be extended.
