I get the message 'uitvoerbak vol' or output tray full. but there is nothing in it.
already for months I get this message after printing even a small document.
when I took the printed paper out, printing would start again.
But now even an empty output tray gives this error message.
what to do?

thank you for your guidance. I understand you work for HP.
The problem with contacting support is that I get a message
'Our system is experiencing issues and currently cannot display agent options. Choose one of the options below and try again later'
can you check what is going on? HP is a company with $ 63 bln revenues. They should be able to support a 20 years long customer? What can I do?
