paper cannot feed unless input one by one and applying pressure

For:  Unknown Printer

 

Paper that does not feed is generally caused by one or more of:

  • Dirt in the printer path  (Printer surfaces and / or rollers should be cleaned)
  • Tray adjustment or incorrect tray selection for the paper size / type, or a sensor that causes the printer to mis-pick the paper
  • Incorrect or incomplete Printer Preferences settings for the paper size, type, and weight
  • Unsupported paper size, type, or weight  -- for example, the paper might be too heavy for the printer
